As over the past months, softwood log prices in Estonia in November keep constant at the level of the previous year. The slight decline compared to the October prices was seen in the same way in the previous year. Poplar pulpwood continued to recover and reached an average of € 18.07 per cbm, almost the level from the beginning of the year. Besides Poplar, Birch log prices showed slight increases, +0.5% for sawlogs and +2.8% for veneer logs. Overall, average prices compared to October have decreased by 1.7%, but due to the increases in industrial logs, prices ranged 5.8% higher than in November 2010.
